Are you a Branch Manager not looking to work weekends? If yes, a fantastic opportunity has come up in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne area to join a well respected independent Estate Agency.

This will be a challenging however very rewarding opportunity with plenty of room to progress and have full support from the Directors of the business!

Working hours:

  • Monday – Friday

Our client is offering the successful Sales Manager:

  • A basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Realistic OTE of £38,000 (Uncapped)
  • Company car
  • Career progression
  • Business Mileage paid

As a Sales Manager, your role will involve:

  • Conducting Team Morning meetings
  • Overseeing Branch
  • Managing the team to exceed targets
  • Assistant with the branch pipeline
  • Team, guide and mentor new members of staff
  • Leading by example
  • Booking of Sales / Lets with all correct paperwork completed
  • Vendor reviews to ensure up to date photography and pricing

To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have the following:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
  • Strong proven track record in Sales or Lettings
  • Knowledge of the local market
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to support the team 
  • Driven and hungry for success
  • Have the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
