SALES MANAGER – Estate Agent

Location: Reigate, RH2

Salary:  OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A highly successful and well established Independent Estate agents is looking to recruit an experienced motivated Sales Manager to join one of their local office in the Reigate area.

The role will involve working together with the branch partner, driving the business forward, ensuring all opportunities are maximized to increase branch profit. You will be generating and winning instructions. You will be supporting the team of negotiators whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service are being offered to the clients.

The ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of Estate agency, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in residential sales in both negotiation and listing. You will be highly ambitions, thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must have a full UK driving License.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:

• Previous residential sales experience
• Valuing/Listing experience
• Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
• Highly Organised
• Extremely driven to succeed
• High level of customer service
• Good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Full UK driving license
