Position: Sales Manager
Location: Newport, Wales
Salary: 32k plus commission

You will proudly represent the Collection to win new or repeat business, and strive to achieve on every sales opportunity. Targets and conversion are part of your DNA and you are excited celebrating every success with the team and motivated to achieve again and again. Of course, maintaining strong client relationships and nurturing key accounts comes easy to you as Sales Manager.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales management or business development, preferably in [industry or relevant sector].
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to drive results in a competitive market.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
