A growing software business are looking to add an experienced Sales Leader to their team.

If you are someone who leads from the front and has the capability to lead a buzzing sales team, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the Sales team.
• Generate new prospect appointments through research and information gathering.
• Work towards achieving personal, team and company targets / KPIs.
• Complete targeted outbound dials centred around appointment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date diary entries.
• Ensure internal systems and information are updated daily with accurate data.
• Schedule appointments in accordance with company guidelines.
• Upsell and cross sell for other product lines.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in telesales management and team development.
• Previous experience in telesales
• B2B sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and KPIs consistently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel for management purposes.
• Effective planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
