Sales Manager - Winkworth, Royal Leamington Spa

Winkworth Leamington Spa has an exciting opportunity to join the business as we grow our office network into the West Midlands. Working alongside the Franchisee, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and motivating a successful sales team, ensuring excellent customer service and growing market share in a new area of expansion.

The successful applicant will be a driven, energetic and motivated individual who has been in a sales management role, or a senior sales negotiator role for a minimum of 3 years.

Knowledge of Leamington Spa, Warwick and the surrounding areas is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Franchisee to develop a new sales team, with focus placed on a positive and stimulating sales environment.
  • Support and develop fellow staff members to achieve their potential.
  • Set and agree relevant objectives and monitor performance.
  • Manage complaints resolution within the office and take ownership of escalated complaints where necessary.
  • Alongside the Franchisee, administer all business systems, processes, company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Actively monitor competitor activity to develop a business plan and strategy to achieve budget and profitability targets.

  • Proven track record of achieving and overachieving sales targets.
  • An ability to inspire, lead and influence others.
  • Established network of relevant local business contacts.
  • High market appraisal conversion ratio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expert knowledge of industry legislation.
  • Relevant degree or qualifications in business, sales or relevant field.
  • Previous experience of nurturing and building a team is a bonus.

Key Information:

Location: Winkworth Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, United Kingdom

Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am - 4pm on alternate Saturdays.

Salary: On application.
