Role: Sales Manager

Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on your experience

Benefits: 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays - rising to 25 days after 1 year of service, company enrolled pension scheme, regular performance appraisals and continual formal training and development, annual pay reviews, company events, free onsite parking.

Your role will play a key part in this organisation, and you will be responsible for developing sales/ business in a wide range of industries with maximum focus in the Semiconductor sector. You will also be manging your own team which includes two sales representatives.

Duties will include:

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Developing sales/ business in a wide range of industries
• Responsible for receiving inquiries and supplying customers with quotations
• Arranging client meetings on site, over the phone and via video calls
• Attending client sites - all over the UK
• Attending exhibitions
• Working on various projects
• Managing a team of two

Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in the welding and semiconductor industry would be a huge advantage
• Engineering background
• Full clean UK Driving License
• Willing to travel all over the UK
• Technically minded
• Have previously worked in the Semiconductor, Pharma, Medical, Fuel Cell or Oil & Gas sectors
