Location: Northampton

Salary £25,000 - £27,000 OTE £45,000

Job Description: My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive their growth in their Northampton office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.
• Carry out Valuations
• Offer handling
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team and track progress towards goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create and execute effective sales campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the company's leadership team.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the Northampton real estate market.
• Must have own car and driving licence
• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.

The ideal candidate will have

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Have local knowledge of Northampton market
• With previous management experience
• Live within 5 miles of the office
• Already a Senior Negotiator, Sales manager, branch manager, assistant manager or valuer.
• Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm - occasional Saturdays if business needs require - will get lieu day off if works Saturday.
