Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is an opportunity to become a central part of a business where you’ll be given flexibility, and trust, and be working with great people. They are searching for a Sales Manager, leading a small sales team and looking after customers across the UK & Europe.

You’ll be travelling up to 40% of the time to see customers, both OEMs, and end-users, selling high-value scientific equipment that is well-known in the market. Alongside your sales and business development duties, you’ll be part of the management team and able to use your coaching abilities to develop your team. It’s important that you can be in the office regularly to interact with and support the team, as well as build vital relationships internally.

You will be positive and confident in your ability, willing to travel across the UK and Europe, and have the following skills/experience:

  • Experience selling complex / scientific products
  • Experience of managing a small / junior sales team
  • Either degree qualified in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a scientific industry.
  • Willing to travel to see customers and attend trade shows.
