An excellent opportunity has become available for an Estate Agency Sales Manager looking to be part of a growing business with a Director who is investing and is looking to speak to high calibre manager / valuers.

The Sales Manager will be a pivotal appointment and as such a natural drive, tenacity and go getter attitude is needed.

Within this role the Sales Manager will be responsible for:

• This is a hands on role working with the Director to build this semi established business in the Solihull area
• Business generation, listings, negotiating sales will be part of the daily duties
• Generating and implementing new ideas to grow the business and subsequently build a team around you
• My client is looking for a business winning, motivated manager who is looking to be part of something, someone who really wants to run a branch and build a team of their choosing around them
• My client is investing in rebranding, has platinum accounts on major property portals and is looking to work with an experienced Sales Manager.
• There is stock already listed and a great google review record to build on
• This will be a hands on, boots on the ground role for someone to look back on proudly in a few years at the team and business they have been instrumental in building around them.

Sales Manager – Experience Needed

• Previous Sales Manager / Valuations experience is essential with a proven track record
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
• The ability to naturally make quick bonds and develop a rapport is essential
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will be target driven and ambitious
• Have a desire to part of something building and have the drive and desire to make it succed
• Be looking to manage a team of your choosing when the business requires it
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
