Office location: Lincoln (Office attendance on a Monday is non-negotiable)

Remuneration: £35,000-£50,000 DOE + £20,000-£25,000 Bonus

The role of the Sales Manager - Lighting Products will involve:

• Field sales position selling a distributed range of LED and Induction lighting focused on reducing energy consumption, lighting costs and cutting carbon emissions
• Selling into Facilities managers, Operations Managers, Health & Safety compliance Managers in larger businesses and MD & FD in SME’s
• Covering all sectors including: commercial, industrial, warehousing, automotive, food production, airports, manufacturing, leisure, offices, retail, local authorities, emergency
• Mondays and Fridays will be administrative days spent in the office with Tues-Thurs being spent on the road visiting customer
• Conducting initial consultations followed up by complete lighting proposals, cost surveys, R.O.I information for customers etc.
• Typical order value of £30,000, but can range from £10,000 to £250,000
• You will be expected to generate some of your own leads however you will be supported by an internal sales team who will also set appointments for you
• 4-6 appointments per week (national remit)

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Manager - Lighting Products with:

• Must have electrical or lighting sales experience, ideally LED lighting
• Must have previous B2B experience
• Field sales background preferred however would consider senior internal sales looking to progress into field sales role, providing the candidates possesses the right mindset
• Confident demeanour with strong presentational skills
• Highly organised and capable
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
