Sales Manager Investment Dubai

Experienced Sales Manager is needed for a fast growing Real Estate Investment company, to drive sales and increase profits. Based in Dubai we are seeking a confident, positive, strong, money motivated leader. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and background in Sales and especially a highly results focused company, whether that is in Investment Sales specifically, a similar brokerage environment or a sector with the transferable skills we are looking for.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to run a team of telesales brokers who will be involved in the trading of our Unique Investments that are yet to be marketed by any other company or competitor. You need to be a real people person with excellent motivational skills and the ability to lead a team of high energy sales people. We are ideally looking for a candidate with any kind of business, finance, sales or brokerage background. Experience however isn’t entirely essential as we are looking to train the ideal candidate thoroughly on the products.

You will be leading by example and possessing exceptional sales abilities to motivate a diverse sales team on a daily basis. You will bring in a high level of commercial acumen with an entrepreneurial insight, and you will need to show leadership abilities in motivating a professional sales team in producing excellent sales results every day. Likewise you will not be afraid to get your hands dirty and hit the phones yourself to drum up new business. There is no hierarchy in our business, we are all motivated to achieve sales results at whatever cost.

You will be responsible for managing senior and junior teams, maximizing targets and increasing sales. You will work with the Directors to set long-term targets for forecasting and be responsible for the combined performance of the sales force and ensuring all members of your team reach their personal targets by monitoring performance on the floor.
