There are three Sales Managers and one will be promoted to Sales Director.

Exciting opportunities have arisen at an innovative investment company in Dubai. Planning rapid expansion they are seeking a dynamic, Sales Manager used to motivating a hard driven commission only based sales team.
You must have experience as a Sales Manager although not necessarily in the investment sector. An investment sales floor is all standing, fast moving, vibrant, fast paced, high energy, relentless. It is the most dynamic sales environment, the highest earning and the hardest working. All sales are on the telephone. And single deals can produce five and sometimes six figures of Commission.

responsible for:
• Delivering fast sales of new investment products.
• Onboarding and managing a dynamic phone based team
• Training both openers and closers and upsellers. Often separate people in investment sales.
•Training new team members in a rapidly expanding company.
•Motivating and pushing people to reach their highest performance levels consistently.

Who we're looking for
The Dubai Sales Manager will have:
• An excellent grasp of telephone sales techniques
• Sold high margin products in a commission focused team.
• Current experience time share, commodities, stocks, land, wine or B2C products.
• Energetic, leadership- style to keep the pace at full constantly.
• An open and likeable personality with honesty and integrity.
• Clear crisp English.

About our client in central Dubai.
The company was launched marketing luxury Dubai based properties. Its success and growth plans are phenomenal and led to opening new companies, new sales floors. Your team will typically in their early twenties taking home five figures per month tax free. You will have an override on all of them. You can have a team of 30 sales people. High energy, excellent fast upbeat telephone selling.A very high energy environment. This is what we are looking for a Sales Leaders for.

What's on offer
50-70% commission on the margin of a deal.

Plus

£Substantial Override commission on the whole floor you build or a percentage of Gross Profit Margin. You will have an open unlimited recruitment budget to expand the floor. Make no mistake you will be leading sales people expecting to earn £10-£50K per month. This position for the successful person will carry a very substantial income.
