For our client, we are looking to find a dynamic and experienced sales manager closer broker for a growing company in the exciting and fast-moving Luxury property sector in Dubai. The company you would be working for are heavily expanding currently due to the increasing demand for better returns on financial services. Bank based financial services have now been for years under performing and the products you will be selling offer the opportunity for investors to see higher tax free returns. You ideally be experienced in closing deals in alternative or regulated financial services products either in UK or abroad. Confident to deal and sell to high-net-worth individuals. There is a separate team of openers. You will be constantly fed qualified prospects by the openers that have money to invest and had a brochure. They need a closer to finalise deals. You get paid generously on each deal. You need to have the skills to be a team leader and we will build a large sales team for you. You will receive a generous override on each one.

The company focuses on luxury property real estate for a number of reasons. The market, it is perceived by investors as low risk high potential return. It also offers a Golden residence visa. It is after all a tangible product with limited and one day ceasing supply. As a comparison, commodities are a great financial services because of limited supply.

All of these products are bought on an financial potential capital gain basis and therefore designed to appreciate in value for the investor to make a return. Please bear in mind that knowledge of these specific products is not essential as full training will be given. You will be provided and brief on the full facts of any particular property product. You must though be an experienced team leader sales manager, closer and loader.

The company have an existing team of openers and are looking to bring on board an experienced sales manager closer as the next stage in their growth. Necessary skills and experience for the role are having an absolute minimum 1 years sales team leader experience. That includes, property, stocks, shares, commodities, asset sales, fine wine, fine art, CFDs, commodities, diamonds, gold etc. Although experienced sales team leader from any industry will be considered. You must be able to move to Dubai at short notice.

You will be paid seriously high uncapped sales commissions designed to reward those sales manager closer brokers that are willing to put in the hard work. You will be fed a constant stream of warm and hot leads that have already been qualified and received a brochure on what is currently available. As such you can immediately earn high commissions. Deal sizes as you might expect can vary considerably. As it the loading opportunity and referrals. On top of that are the overrides.

On Target Earnings will be - £10,000+. You should be planning to earn well over £10,000 per month by the end of quarter 1. The first three months though will be very hard work to build to that. . A serious opportunity to build a capital asset.

In terms of Job Role and environment, you will:

Be making sales/deal making broker calls and managing pothers, to current and potential investors every day, all provided for by the company through the opener team plus advertising and marketing campaigns and referrals.

You will be put through expert training in order to gain a thorough understanding of the markets, products, opportunities, and more so that you can quickly become a very high earning sales broker.
