Description

  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
  • Identifying emerging markets/customers to find new sales opportunities
  • Achieve agreed sales targets
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Negotiate price increasing and terms and conditions in line with Group policies

Profile

  • A passion for beer and knowledge of the industry

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • The ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the BWS sector

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
