A highly successful, award winning retail and construction group based in Basildon are seeking a driven, motivating call center Sales Manager to join their team.

The role

• Leading and managing the call center sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• As a Sales Manager, your role is crucial in driving the success of the call center sales team, achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Set clear goals and targets for the team and individuals, motivating and inspiring them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyse sales performance against forecasts and budgets
• Manage customer pipeline effectively, consisting of both inbound and outbound activity

Package

• Up to £50,000 per annum
• Performance based bonus, up to £80k with on target earnings
• 26 days annual leave plus bank holiday
