An award winning IT Solutions business based in West London is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to manage the UK sales operation. The company has a global footprint with offices in the UK and Australasia. The company is cash rich and has been trading successfully since the mid 90’s.

The role will be to cover the following points;-
• Managing and motivating a team of sales executives responsible for sales across 4 locations throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland
• Finding and visiting potential new customers and developing relationships with them
• Revenue growth
• Managing the customer relationship processes
• Marketing planning to ensure successful steady growth of the business
• Monitoring changes in industry & competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes;-
• Minimum 5 years of senior sales / sales manager experience
• Phone sales experience with proven results
• Field based sales experience with proven results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to source and influence decision makers at multiple levels within target organisations
• Market driven approach and customer service ethic
• Self-discipline and motivation to succeed
• Hard working, fast, efficient, producing accurate work on time
• High achiever with appropriate track record
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Tidy appearance creating a good first impression
• Excellent phone manner & articulate
