Sales Lister

Basic Salary £28,000 with £40,000 OTE

Summary of Position:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Lister to join our young and vibrant team of 10 people within a busy Oxford City Centre branch.

This is a full-time position where training and development will be provided. Ideal for a sales lister that is looking to progress and take-on some broader responsibilities who is currently experiencing a 'glass-ceiling’ in their existing role. Level 3 qualification in sales preferred but not essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Successful and evidenced track record in listing sales properties
• The ability to structure and self-manage your time reflecting the priority of activities
• Knowledge of the legislation relating to the sale of properties including trading standards, anti-money laundering and property descriptions
• Generating market appraisals, attending and converting market appraisals into new listings
• Booking in and conducting viewings
• Taking marketing videos & 3D tours
• Taking the lead on KYC and AML checks
• Taking and communicating offer to buy and working with the sales progressor to minimise fall-through

Role Specific Competencies:

• Prior experience as an estate agent and lister in the property industry is a must, minimum of 18 months experience or more
• Excellent communication skills
• Results driven
• Attention to detail as is critical in the property industry
• Excellent diary management and organisational skills
• Proficient IT skills
• NAEA Level 3 or above is desirable

Hours of Work:

Monday to Thursday: 08:45 - 17:30

Friday: 09:45 - 17:00

Saturdays: 09:30 - 17:00 and these will be once every 2-3 weeks with a day-off in lieu for Saturdays worked.

The following will be required to be evidenced:

Full UK driving licence

Knowledge of the property industry

Trading standards, GDPR and AML rules that apply to estate agents
