This award-winning estate agency is looking to recruit an experienced Sales & Lettings Administrator to be based in its highly successful, modern office in Docklands.

Our client believes a business is only as good as its staff. It’s a real bonus to have state-of-the-art offices with stylish chairs and funky artwork, but it’s the experience of talking to, and meeting with their team members that they believe defines a client’s experience.

You will play a crucial role in the team, responsible for various tasks, including being the welcoming face of the office and providing excellent customer service to all visitors. In addition, you will support the Sales and Lettings team by managing incoming calls, handling general administrative duties, and assisting with the anti-money laundering processes.

Essential experience, skills & knowledge:

• At least 1 years' experience working in property administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £30,000. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays, pension, opportunities for progression, on-going training and development, end of year awards, and more!
