Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Ledger Team Leader to join their busy finance team. This is a permanent role working as part of a large team in their transactional finance team. If you have a strong background in transactional finance, accounts payable or sales ledger, we want to hear from you.

The role:

• Co-ordination of daily workflow for the Sales Ledger team, and responsibility to meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• Supervising the daily flow of the sales ledger team tasks
• Review of the daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Reviewing monthly sales ledger accounts and preparing and validating the month end deferred and accrued revenue accruals to budget/forecast
• To account and reconcile intercompany accounting
• Producing accurate and timely statutory
• Reconciling all nominal ledger control accounts and client control accounts
• Supervising the credit control function to ensure cash is collected in a timely manner.
• Supporting the interim and year-end audit process

Desirable experience:

1. Minimum 6 months experience in leading a team of at least 2 people.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. A confident communicator with a talent for working in a team.
4. Transactional finance background, and AAT qualified to level 3 or above.

Logistics & Hours: Hybrid working, with at least 3 days per week home working. Fantastic holidays, incentive schemes and study support if required. Monday-Friday (37.5hrs per week)
