We are seeking a dedicated Sales Ledger Supervisor to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance principles and be adept at leading a small team.

Description

  • Lead and motivate the Sales Ledger team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collection processes.
  • Manage customer queries regarding invoices and payments.
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis of receivables data.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial processes.
  • Provide training and support to the sales ledger team as required.

Profile

A successful Sales Ledger Supervisor should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and prepare reports.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Offer
