Sales Ledger Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Ledger Analyst to provide a high-quality sales ledger function, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time. • Generate and process various types of sales invoices and credit notes.
• Analyse and ensure the accuracy and consistency of supporting data.
• Conduct thorough customer reconciliations to identify discrepancies.
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Assist with month-end reporting and accruals.
• Contribute to Finance project work as required.
• Help the department meet all Key Performance Indicators.
• Engage in cross-training across all finance functions.
• Seek to improve controls over revenue assurance and Finance processes.
• Participate in regular training to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties to support the wider Finance function.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and working practices.

• Demonstrable relevant sales ledger experience.
• Studying towards a professional qualification (AAT or equivalent) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a good telephone manner.
