Sales Lead Generator - £25K to £30K + Commission - St Albans

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Sales Lead Generator within a leading supply company in in St Albans

We are looking for an experienced sales person to generate new business for our growing company

Responsibilities:

1. Research and identify potential leads within the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation establishments.
2. Utilise various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events to initiate contact with prospects.
3. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
5. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
6. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
8. Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities to the sales manager.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a similar lead generation or sales role, Hospitality industry experience a bonus
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
6. Motivated and target-driven mindset with a desire to succeed.
7. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Specifics & Benefits:

* Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm (No weekends or Bank Holidays)
