Sales Executive

A leading Shipping and Transportation Support Services organisation current requires a Sales and Customer Services Executive, based in Dover.

Must be fluent in German

It is currently looking for a candidate to join our sales team offering ferry booking services and European motorway and tunnel toll facilities to the UK and Irish market.

The Sales Executive Position

Working in a team of four, reporting to the Department Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in development and growth of our existing and potential client base, primarily by way of telephone sales and working closely with all departments to ensure customer service levels are maintained to the highest standards.

Previous experience of sales and/or customer service is required with a "can do" enthusiastic attitude.

Sales Executive Main Tasks:

• Telephone calls daily to potential and existing clients.
• Production of written quotations for potential clients
• Participation in obtaining leads for use by the sales team.

Based at its office in Whitfield near Dover, this position offers a starting salary of £24,000 per annum with a review in December, a company pension scheme, and twenty-two days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays. There is a profit-related commission scheme.
