Sales Executive Business Development Bromley £30k base uncapped commission £40k OTE managed services

We are very excited to tell you about TWO NEW ROLES that have just been released by this great, highly successful, supportive, industry accredited business with their main office based in Bromley, Kent.

A bit about the business:

They have been in business for some 30 years and have more than doubled in size in the last 10 years.

They provide support services, procurement, project management and consultancy to a wide client base, predominately based in London and the surrounding areas from SME’s, Charities and Corporates.

What’s in it for you?

The company are offering a basic salary of up to £30,000, commission and bonuses which are uncapped. There is limited parking at the office but there is ample off-street parking within a short walking distance. Their hours are 9-5.30, Monday to Friday, pension scheme and private healthcare after 6 months. This will based in the office but with some flexibility to work remotely on occasions.

About the role:

These two roles are completely fresh so you will have an opportunity to take ownership, add value and shine!

As one of their two Sales Executives, the main purpose of the role is to increase sales and effect the bottom line.

  • Make outbound calls to potential new prospects from bought in marketing/contact databases and self-created contact lists
  • Build a healthy pipeline of warm leads and convert them into new opportunities

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Telephone prospects to promote the Company’s services and benefits
  • Follow up and qualify leads and enter onto the CRM
  • Explain the products and services offered
  • Gather information and verify details
  • Booking in attendees onto upcoming events -webinarsetc.
  • Book new opportunities with prospective businesses

What do you need to be successful?

  • We are looking for candidates that have drive, ambition and a passion for sales
  • Previous track record in sales, business development, telemarketing or telesales
  • An interest in technology - keen to learn and add to your knowledge base
  • Customer focused - prepared to go the extra mile
  • Fabulous written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong maths and English skills - to ensure you are able to liaise with your clients over email and through proposals
  • Live within a reasonable commute of Bromley, Kent
  • Team player
  • Positive and engaging manner
