Sales Executive
  • Annual Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus Quarterly Bonus
  • Location: Theale

We are seeking a Sales Executive with a passion for sales and a keen interest in food to join our expanding team within the Food Industry. This role involves managing and developing customer relationships, capturing orders, and driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and have excellent communication skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and daily focus goals.
  • Develop profitable sales growth across the existing customer base by understanding their needs.
  • Leverage competitor activity and market insights to gain an advantage.
  • Increase share of wallet and build a pipeline across product categories.
  • Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue them.
  • Manage risk within the customer base, including uptrading, downtrading, and credit exposure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable and confident with both inbound and outbound calls.
  • A keen interest in or knowledge of the food industry.
  • Experience in telesales is desirable.
  • Ability to work full-time, Office Based, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with a quarterly bonus of £450 if targets are met, plus an additional £150 if all thresholds are met.
  • 29 days holiday including bank holidays.
