As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, guiding customers towards the most appropriate product, and closing sales with a keen understanding of their needs.

Day to day of the role:
  • Demonstrating suitable product options to customers, adapting to their buying strategy, and facilitating test drives.
  • Negotiating price, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
  • Engaging in training and development opportunities to support the Group’s objectives.
  • Coordinating with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, placing orders, updating records, and scheduling additional services before delivery.
  • Conducting follow-up calls post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for future business.
  • Planning and organising daily selling activities, such as making calls to prospects to generate new business.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to deliver seamless customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to plan, organise, and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Quick assimilation of information and providing considered responses.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to change.
  • Attention to detail with good quality of work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business needs.
  • Positive reaction to organisational and market changes.
  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.

Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch) and a standard day off during the week.
  • Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (on a rota basis)
