Sales Executive - St Neots - 28,000/32,000 plus comms

ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Executive with immediate effect for our market leading client based in the St Neots area of Cambridgeshire.

Internal Sales Representative - St Neots, Cambs.

Our client is currently recruiting an internal Sales Representative who will be relentless in their pursuit of qualifying new prospective clients, as well as engaging and servicing our current client base. This individual will demonstrate high energy and passion in every phone call. If you are a self-starter who is resourceful and have demonstrated a high degree of discipline in their academic and professional pursuits, then we would like to hear from you.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Sales Executive

Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling campaigns, and email.

Identify and qualify decision makers amongst the targeted call campaigns.

Emphasize product benefits and features to validate sales-ready opportunities.

Collaborate with sales teams to produce a smooth transition of created opportunity.

Maintain and expand the database of prospects .

Track all activity including recording names, contact information, actions that are taken, and reactions of prospects and customers contacted.

Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts.

Take inbound service calls from suppliers.

Maintain responsibility for a targeted number of suppliers.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with inside sales, tele-prospecting, or cold calling preferred.

Candidate must display high energy, high passion level, determination, and perseverance.

Candidate must display comfort level with working with and committing to set goals.

Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills are required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills.

Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities.

Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
