Reed is actively recruiting on behalf of an established business for a permanent Sales Executive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking learn a business & develop a career. You will also need to be confident managing existing client relationships.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Co-ordinate the day-to-day management of customers, generate & convert sales leads.
• Identify & achieve profitable sales opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposal’s (quotations/tenders etc.) 
• Receive inbound calls & build effective customer relationships & loyalty.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Understand customers’ business needs.
• Actively manage any customer complaints.
• Initiate outgoing customer calls.
• Respond to all cancellation requests.
• Attend sales meetings.
• Proactively follow up quotations..
• Be able to use IT systems effectively.
