We are working with a national company based in Hinckley, that offers expert advice on HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety to more than 14,000 businesses across the UK. They are a fun, lively and fast-paced business, currently looking for a Telesales Advisor to join their thriving sales team.

About the job:

In this role, you will be selling the service the business supplies to other businesses that would benefit from it. This role offers excellent training, a fantastic commission structure, a great team to be a part of and daily, weekly, and monthly incentives. You must have at least 1 years' experience within sales.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to business owners
• Introducing the services that the business offers
• Creating a great opportunity for the business development team to sign up new clients

• Previous experience in sales - face to face, or over the phone
• Great communication skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Keen to succeed
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Driven by earning potential and career progression

On Offer

• Annual salary up to £23,000
• Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30
• Uncapped commission
