SALES EXECUTIVE

Are you a Sales Executive looking for your next challenge? Join our fast-growing client based near Holywell, North Wales. Our client operates within the Financial Services industry, and they have an exceptionally positive company ethos and brand.

The successful person will be joining an established and welcoming team who work in a fun and friendly environment.

WHAT YOU WILL WANT TO KNOW:

• Salary is between £24k and £28k and you can earn uncapped commission - this ranged from £4800 to £9600 in 2023
  
• OTE top end in excess of £35,000!
• Monday to Friday working hours - no expectation or pressure to work outside of your 9am to 5:30pm hours.
• Office based.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday off.
• Free onsite parking.
• More benefits to be rolled out in 2024 as the business continues to grow.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE SALES EXECUTIVE’S DAY:

• Calling warm customer leads who have shown an interest in the company's products and converting these leads into confirmed sales.
• Working with the wider team to ensure you can offer customers the best deal possible.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing them with quotes.
• Following up on quotes with the goal of converting them into sales.
• Working to FCA guidelines.
• Ensuring all data is captured accurately and entered into the internal systems.

• You will ideally have some sales experience, in an office-based environment.
• Having experience within Financial Services / Insurance would be highly desirable.
• You must have an exceptional telephone manner.
• You must have exceptional verbal and written English.
• You must be comfortable with making high volume of calls.
• You must be comfortable and driven with working to targets.
