MUST HAVE WORKWEAR EXPERIENCE

Job Summary: As a Sales Executive specializing in the workwear industry, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. You will represent our brand, showcase our product range, and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique workwear needs of businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and prioritize potential clients within the assigned territory.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  2. Sales and Account Management:

    • Present our range of workwear products and services to prospective clients.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Product Knowledge and Consultation:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings.
    • Provide product demonstrations and consultations to clients, offering solutions that align with their workwear requirements.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client interactions.
  4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review.
    • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the workwear industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
