The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Recruitment are excited to be supporting a dynamic and rapidly expanding Software as a Service (SaaS) company in their search for enthusiastic and energetic Sales Development Representatives. Based in Newcastle City Centre, these newly created roles will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales development efforts, generating high-quality leads to drive revenue growth. If you’re results-driven and passionate about identifying potential customers this could be the right role for you!

Role Profile:
  • Identify and proactively reach out to potential customers
  • Engage with leads who have shown initial interest
  • Build relationships with decision makers
  • Qualify prospects, schedule product demos, and set appointments for the new business team
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals

Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a similar results-driven role ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Previous demonstrable experience in an outbound sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets.

Other Information:
This role will be predominantly based out of new offices in Newcastle City Centre. Whilst there may be some flexibility to work from home occasionally, this is a brand new team therefore the expectation is for this to be more office based.
