Sales Executive - Lead Generation

Location: Farnham, Surrey

Salary : £25,000 + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am till 5pm

Are you a confident Sales Executive with Lead Generation experience looking to join a career progressive company and a lively and upbeat team? My client is a telemarketing and lead generation specialist and they are looking for a new Sales Executive - Lead Generator to join their team.

The responsibility of your role is to increase and drive business growth for the organisation. You will be researching marketplace and looking to find new opportunities for the business to pass over to the Business Development team.

Responsibilities:

Market research and identify new potential opportunities for the business

Generate 15-20 leads a week for the Business Development team to use

Be responsible for recording all information onto the CRM system and keep the system up to date during the sales cycle

Outbound calls to key decision makers to generate leads

Work towards KPI’s and targets

Book client meetings after generating a lead if possible

Requirements:

Positive, resilient and ambitious personality

Experience in Sales/Telesales is essential

Outbound calling experience

Excellent communication skills

Proven ability to hit KPI’s and targets
