Sales Executive Incredible OTE!

Our client, a leading Telecoms business whom are an industry leader in the UK, are looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing business. Based in the company's London HQ (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for 10+ years and have developed their brand into one of the go-to Telecoms companies for clients across the UK. Due to their continued growth, they are actively seeking a confident, personable candidate to join their telephone-based Sales team, supporting their senior Business Development Manager(s) and earning fantastic money in commission! In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
- Making outbound calls to B2B clients, understanding their Telecoms requirements and creating business meetings for senior Sales colleagues
- Building and managing successful customer relationships
- Exceeding targets including pipeline, meetings and conversion %
- Cleansing of data on the Company's database
- Carrying out effective data management and scoping out opportunities for further business
- Complying with Ofcom standards by following a scripted sales pitch and proven sales process

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience of liaising with external clients over the phone
- Confident, articulate telephone manner
- Passionate about providing an excellent experience with every interaction
- Money-motivated and hungry to earn lots of commission!
- Excellent IT skills and a passion for technology
- Experience of working to/exceeding targets
- Fun, sociable personality

In addition to a competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE based on 100% of target: £2,000 per month - £24,000 per year!)
