Sales Executive - Home Based

£30k basic + commission…..1st year OTE £35,000

The Role:

Embark on a rewarding journey as a Sales Executive with a new start up business in the dynamic parcel and freight transportation sector.

This role is the perfect for an individual with a proven track record in new sales and business development within the goods and freight shipping industry. This would suit someone who is looking to join a dynamic company at the start of it’s journey and to influence the growth of the business whilst working from home.

Our client focusses on providing excellence in service for customers shipping freight internationally so experience within international freight export is essential for the successful candidate.

Imagine a work-life balance that allows you to manage your schedule effectively, working Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a 35-hour work week that respects your personal time. This position not only offers a generous base salary of £30,000 but also rewards your dedication and performance with an enticing 10% commission on sales, leading to a realistic 1st year OTE of £35000

As a Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind finding and cultivating new relationships whilst nurturing existing ones to maximise their potential. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and engaging potential customers , generating valuable leads, and closing deals with new customers. You will be the linchpin that connects clients with a suite of services, guiding them through a robust platform designed to meet their diverse needs.

This role is not just about sales; it's about creating a narrative of reliability and quality that clients can depend on and building relationships based on trust.

Full support and regular training will be provided with access to leading edge sales and lead generation technology.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in the freight services industry, with a focus on winning new work and business development. Experience of supporting customers with International freight shipping is a must, being able to showcase your ability to provide solutions for our customers.

This home-based role is tailored for a self-starter, someone who thrives on independence but is also a team player when it comes to sharing insights and developing strategies. You will report to the business owners on a daily basis who are on hand to guide and advise accordingly, as well as having the support and guidance of a well-established, highly successful global organisation.
