Sales Executive- East London
My client is a premium developer committed to crafting exceptional residential communities. They're seeking a driven and experienced New Homes Sales Executive to help showcase their properties and guide buyers through the purchasing process. Responsibilities:
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers and highlight unique features.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on financing options, incentives, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and coordinate with construction team.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in new homes.
- Experience selling off plan.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of local market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
