Office based: Gravesend

Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 + commission, giving £5,000 - £10,000

The role of the Sales Executive - Cubicle & Washroom solutions will involve:

• Internal Sales role selling a manufactured range of high end commercial washroom solutions including cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories
• Primarily you will be selling through specification with architects but will also be dealing with main contractors & specialist sub-contractors
• You will be allocated around 200 projects to manage in the day-to-day
• Maintaining existing client relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Quotes will be allocated to you for you to then follow up & manage with 30 minutes a day to be dedicated to new business development
• You will be targeted on call time, sales conversion rate for projects & number of appointments booked for the external team
• Typical order values this role will manage shall range from £1,000 - £99,000

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive - Cubicle & Washroom with:

• Must have 1-2+ years of sales experience
• Ideally selling bathroom or plumbing products but would also consider wider interior products such as: flooring, laminates
• Experience selling into specifiers/architects highly beneficial
• Hungry & enthusiastic, an autonomous self-starter
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Punctual, professional & well presented
• IT Literate
