We are seeking a Sales Executive/Account Manager to join and work with our existing team to provide excellent service to our existing customers, and introduce the opportunity to new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating regularly with existing customers to ensure full satisfaction, whilst seeking opportunities to up-sell additional services that can assist their business
  • Communicating with new customers before and after a sale
  • Preparing and presenting professional proposals for customers in-line with their needs and objectives
  • Handling orders and working with the provisioning team to ensure tasks are fulfilled
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s products or services
  • Interpreting service audit results to propose suitable solutions to prospective customers
  • Managing the sales cycle and all open opportunities to close deals efficiently
  • Working closely with the business development department to take on warm leads passed to you
  • Reviewing suitability of prospect data used by the business development department
  • Attend industry networking events and conferences

Experience:

- Web hosting would of course be a definite plus, however, expertise in a web-related field would also be suitable, such as within digital/web design agencies

- A friendly personality and very confident in communicating with customers and prospects over the phone or email.

- Sales or account management experience

- Some technical knowledge around website hosting, development or technologies would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

We welcome candidates who do not tick all of the boxes above but are motivated and willing to learn. A can-do attitude and customer focus is essential. We are a small company and there is considerable scope for learning, development and ownership.

We are a remote-first and independently owned hosting company. Our team is based in multiple countries, and we have data centres in the UK and USA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £34,000 - £45,000 per year
