Are you a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director looking to lead a driven sales team? The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team, including managing performance, setting sales targets, and providing professional development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Director or in a senior sales role.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
