Sales Development Representative / SDR required join an expanding team for a European SaaS HR & Payroll provider. You will have experience in new business development / lead generation of SaaS or technology solutions and be keen to work in a tech driven expanding company.

Salary:£30k - £35k plus uncapped commission (OTE £10k)

Benefits: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays & birthday day off, pension, WFH allowance. Medical insurance, life insurance, tech loan scheme and regular social events.

Location: Hybrid/Remote- must be able to go to the London office at least once a week. Attend exhibitions, events, internal meetings occasionally.

The role: Responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, nurturing and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and execute prospecting campaigns, qualify marketing leads, schedule demos and manage your own sales pipeline to ensure your quota is achieved.

They require:

  • Experience in conducting prospecting activities including outbound calling, emailing and social media outreach to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Technology savvy- experience implementing and using the correct tools to generate business -HubSpot, LinkedInNav, Salesloft, 6Sense, Lusha, Outreach, Xingetc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An interest in technology -SaaS, Cloud products - and an interest with staying up to date with industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, dynamic environment, with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment, independently and as part of a team

If you have worked in B2BSaaS space within HR, HCM, Payroll, LMS or Recruitment that would be great!
