They're looking to expand rapidly, meaning the SDRs that come in now will have the opportunity to grow alongside the business and set their own career development plan!
On top of that, you'll be learning directly from a Sales Manager whose developed industry leading sales teams before!

Benefits:

• Basic salary of £25,000, increasing to £27,500 after 3 months + incredible commission opportunities (£10-15k in your first year)

The Role:

• Attain a thorough knowledge of the business itself, their product range and preferred clientele in order to become a market expert
• Create a pipeline of new business by identifying the key decision makers in businesses, determining how you can solve their challenges
• Utilise a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, LinkedIn, videos, and emails to engage potential clients

• Educated to degree level with drive to succeed in a sales position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ambitious and driven (want to hit targets and progress)
