Sales Co-ordinator

Our client a forward-thinking IT company with their Head Office based in Cirencester is recruiting a & Sales Co-ordinator to join their team. Offering excellent benefits as stated below as well as the availability of hybrid working.

Due to the nature of our client, you will need to pass a background check to BPSS Standard (for this you must have worked in the UK for a minimum of 3 years)

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely between the marketing and sales teams
  • Building relationships with potential customers to create new sales opportunities and pipeline for the sales team using various marketing tools
  • Leveraging a variety of outreach tools such as phone, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn) to develop interactions with potential customers.
  • Use of a variety of tools to support sales prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events).
  • Continuously engage pipeline activity through follow-up communications
  • Converting outbound and inbound leads into qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Managing data in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Working to weekly/monthly targets (meetings scheduled, opportunities created, etc)
  • Support the proposal stages with bid preparation and information gathering.
  • Develop and maintain an intuitive knowledge base for requests for information and tender requirements.

The right candidate must have the following skills and knowledge:

  • 1 year of professional experience in sales, or customer service
  • A positive and energetic approach
  • The ability to organize & prioritize your workload independently.
  • Able to learn tools, technology, and processes quickly.
  • Excellent communication & listening skills.

In return this Sales Development role offers:

  • Salary £27,500 + commission OTE £35k+
  • Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am to 5.30pm
  • Hybrid working available 4 days a week in the office
