• Assisting customers with online sales
• Processing and recording all enquiries
• Following up on customer complaints and product returns
• Consulting with customers on delivery and on-site services
• Ensure customer service area is always manned
• Supporting the sales strategies
• Dealing with all queries in a timely and efficient manner
