Role Profile
As part of the Bunzl plc, WK Thomas are one of the leading UK suppliers to the retail industry supplying and distributing goods to a wide range of industries, utilising their proven experience and expertise.
As the exclusive recruitment partner for WK Thomas, Cast UK are leading the search for a Sales Coordinator who will look after the Travel Sector this position will be based in their office in Basingstoke and offer hybrid working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective planning and reporting using internal systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Advising clients on products.
- Building a relationship with clients.
- Actively support the wider team in a range of tasks including product sourcing, customer quotations and pricing and stock management.
- Manage and resolve internal and external queries on catalogue, customer portal and new products.
- Book appointments with customers to increase sales.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong IT skills specifically within Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills including a strong telephone manner.
- Experience working as a team and individually.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Have a logical approach to problem solving.
