Premier Work Support is pleased to be partnering with a luxury bathroom showroom who are looking for a permanent Sales Consultant to be based in their Amersham showroom.

The key to the role is to achieve sales targets at the required margin whilst supplying the customer with an inspirational service. You will be responsible for taking leads from every customer contact, following up leads and quotes and ensuring the customer database is up to date.

You will be trained on all the products, in order to direct customers around the showroom and provide the customer with detailed information and advice on the products. In this role you will understand the importance of building up strong relationships with your customers and also be around to assist if any problems occur.

The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for sales and an excellent understanding of the sales process, from initial interest to completing the sale. This role requires you to be able to negotiate effectively, communicate on all levels and have strong organisation skills with the ability to work on several jobs at once.

Essential Requirements:-

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Experience in selling bathrooms and tiles.
  • Previous experience gained in a retail or customer-facing background.
  • Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and fantastic people skills.

The Showroom is open 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, so the working hours will fit in around these hours, with a 37.5 hour working week.
