A young,excitingand values driven property investment specialist are looking to expand their sales team with the hire of a fully remote Sales Consultant.

Do you have experience of selling a valued service to warm leads and closing deals? If so, this is the role for you!  

Reporting into the Sales Manager, you willbe responsible fordriving sales activity and generating revenue through meeting KPIs. You will work with clients that have made enquiries about property investment opportunities. You willbe responsible forhandlingleads,qualifying the level of interest of the prospective investor before selling them an end-to-end investment service including source of properties,conveyancingandtenant management. 

You will use your powers of persuasion and influence to support them in making the right decisions and build long term relationships to aide them in growing their portfolio.
