£24k Salary
£40k OTE first year
£500 Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months
Mon-Fri (1 in 3 Saturdays)

Duties
* Provide consultations to customers making an enquiry to sell their property.
* Qualify customers and book property valuations
* Contacting customers who are currently selling their property
* Follow up on appointments and secure sales
* Advising potential purchasers and sellers on the current property market.
* Identifying new clients for the business.
* Negotiating property deals

Candidate Requirements
* Career focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
* Proven experience and success in a consultative sales role are essential.
* Money motivated and driven by success.
* Hard workers who are prepared to go the extra mile.
* Property experience or knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
* Sales experience is essential
* Willingness to learn, increase your skillset and progress.
* Outstanding people skills.
