You will be the first point-of-contact for customers looking to sell their property. Providing customer service with empathy and understanding, you will need to identify business opportunities and book appointments with Specialists. This role will require strong multi-tasking abilities and confidence on the phone.

Job Description:

• You will handle large volumes of calls (inbound and outbound) from customers,
• Provide customer service and identifying business opportunities
• Build a rapport with customers and recommend appropriate services and assistance
• Update and maintain customer records to make sure a high level of customer service is provided
