About the Company

Dan Bradbury Ltd is a training company that works with small businesses producing £1m - £20m annual revenue who are looking to scale. We have training workshops, business networking events and 3 levels of training membership. We work with premium clients and have premium prices which means high commission checks. Also, our programmes work and we can prove it.

Work Remotely with Some Travel Required
You can work from your own home or office but will be required to travel to Warwick around once per month for company events/meetings.

What You Will Be Expected to Do

Your job is to get the best small business owners in the UK to join our programmes.

Once a business owner has attended one of our training sessions and can see that what we do really works, 20% to 30% on average become members. Therefore, the majority of your time will be spent building relationships with these types of people to get them in the door.

We know exactly the type of client that we want and they are easy to find. You just need to connect with them and show them how we can help them grow their business faster and solve their current problems.

You will be provided with inbound leads as they come in but you will also be required to seek out and get leads on your own.

A typical day should be broken up as follows:

  • 20% - Lead Generation
Reaching out to companies that fit our criteria and providing them with our resources that can help them (books, business scorecards, free training).
  • 60% - Follow Up and Nurture
It takes some time to build trust, especially with the smart clients that we work with. Following up to check in and build a relationship is a big part of your daily activities.
  • 20% - Closing
We have great offers to get new clients. You will be pitching these to give them a taste of what we can do for them. You will get them in the door by closing a sale on a one-time training and then close the deal on a membership after they’ve attended and can see the programme will work for them.

You will be calling, texting, leaving voicemails and reaching out on social media to perform the tasks above.

Flexible Hours

We need a minimum of 20 hours per week and you will be required to call during specific hours but the days are flexible. You will also be required to attend weekly sales meetings with your supervisor on Zoom.
