Job description

Our client based in Woking are recruiting for an Internal Account Coordinator to join their team, working closely with the internal Account Managers and all external clients to build a strong working relationship, ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties Include

  • Responding to incoming enquiries via telephone and email, supporting the Account Managers.
  • Creating and following up on quotations via the telephone
  • Liaise with suppliers’ regarding orders and delivery dates
  • Provide exceptional client services regarding pricing, stock, and delivery information.
  • Order Processing
  • Identify and act upon commercial opportunities and market intelligence.
  • Maintaining & updating the Database

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Previous experience in a Customer Services/Sales Administration role
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task with a flexible attitude
